We currently have 2-3 open lots available for single-wide trailers. We offer a standard 24-month lease or month-to-month.

Lot rent

  • Currently $300 a month

Park rules:

  1. Every renter is responsible for keeping their lot mowed and free of trash. Any trash containers on your lot must have a lid. All trash should be taken to the dumpster provided. Toys, mowers, lawn furniture, etc. should be stored in your utility shed or porch.
  2. I must approve sheds, porches, and their placement before putting them up.
  3. Any dogs must be kept on the renter’s respective lot. Aggressive dogs are not allowed. Vaccinations and registrations must be current. Violators will be asked to bring pets current or get rid of the pet. Any cats that are permitted to run loose must be spayed/neutered. If you see a cat that doesn’t belong to anyone, catch it for me or let me know and I’ll get it trapped and fixed and either find it a good home or re-release it. If finances are an issue I have many contacts who may be able to get your pet current on shots or spayed/neutered at a very low cost.
  4. Vehicles that aren’t in running condition and that do not have current license and insurance will not be parked at the park. Only basic maintenance should be done at the park. Vehicles should not be left on jacks. Any cars parked on the premises must be owned by a Camelot Estates renter or be towed at owner’s expense.
  5. Trash burning only permitted in the burn barrel. If you have large items that will not go in the dumpster (please be considerate of your neighbors and do not fill it with items well before pick up day) then contact the removal company for an extra pickup. You will be responsible for the cost. Firewood should be stored in stacks at least 6 inches above the ground or directly on an impervious surface.
  6. Visitors staying more than 2 days must be registered with me. Please submit the name of the visitor, make and model of their vehicle, and length of time they will be visiting. You can put this in the dropbox where you put rent.
  7. Please drive slowly in the park. There may be children playing at all times and we want to make sure they are safe.
  8. When turning into the trailer park lane, please use a wide turn. Making shorter turns results in the gravel being thrown in the first trailer’s yard and the ruts come back quickly.
  9. Disturbances or criminal behavior that occurs in your trailer or in the park could result in the termination of your lease, causing your eviction.
  10. All trailers should have underpinning secured around the entire trailer and must be properly tied down.
  11. Fire crackers are only allowed from July 1 to July 10. Please use caution with my horses, if they seem to be running recklessly as a result please give them a break or move further away.
  12. Please respect your neighbor. Treat them and their property the way you want to be treated. Make sure all members of your household know and abide by these rules.
